How to delete stubborn item in Outlook

If you are unable to delete an item in Outlook, try the following steps:

1. Attempt to delete the item while in Outlook safe mode:

• ❤Press the "Windows key" + "R" to open the Run dialog box.
❤Type "Outlook /Safe" and press Enter. ❤Attempt to delete the item. ❤Delete the item from the "Deleted Items" folder.

2. Create a new Outlook profile.

3. Create a new Windows profile and then create a new Outlook profile.

4. Repair Office.

5. If none of the above steps work, consider reinstalling Office.
